The goal is to stay healthy by creating the habit of doing pushups. You don't need to complete it in one go. But you should aim to do 20 pushup on each set

Today I had to do 5 sets of 20 during the day. The cool thing is that doing it so I don't strain my muscles that much and I get some energy during the day.
